2. Services Rendered & Engagement Governance

Novelty Web Solutions Ltd. provides technology consultancy, systems integration, custom software engineering, and applied AI solutions governed by formal Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). We do not offer refunds on completed milestones or services rendered. Milestone acceptance and payment schedules are governed by the executed contract for each mandate.

3. Intellectual Property & Use License

All proprietary platform architectures, trademarks, and materials on Novelty Web Solutions' website are the intellectual property of Novelty Web Solutions Ltd. Permission is granted to temporarily view materials on this website for evaluation and corporate procurement purposes only.

4. Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified in a mutually executed Master Services Agreement, these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bridgetown, Barbados.
